About O'Neil and Associates

O’Neil and Associates grew out of my work at the Center for the Health Professions at the University of California, San Francisco. I created the Center in 1992 as a way of improving understanding of health care workforce issues as a part of the overall effort to improve health care.

Today O’Neil & Associates works with our clients in two ways. First, we look at how market and policy driven reform and change are creating strategic opportunities for hospitals, clinics, professional practices, pharmaceutical firms, and both public and private insurers. Second, we assist these clients in delivering on the strategies by improving their leadership and organizational capacity.
